  • 161,000 square foot building containing office and laboratory space.
  • SIF loan filled a financing gap enabling the project to commence prior to leasing.
  • The building is located on a redeveloped brownfield site. A substantial portion of it has been dedicated to wet laboratory space that is greatly needed by the Region's research community.
  • The majority of the building is now occupied by the University of Pittsburgh.
