45,000 square feet of retail and office space adjacent to the Whole Foods site in East Liberty.
Loan proceeds in conjunction with those of other participants completed a second priority financing syndication that in conjunction with a traditional first mortgage and New Markets Tax Credits proceeds financed the project.
The Whole Foods project, enhanced by this second phase, continues to act as a catalyst in the continuing redevelopment of East Liberty.
