Nabisco Plant - East Liberty

  • 495,000 square foot bakery building.
  • SIF loan bridged a State of Pennsylvania combination loan and grant financing enabling the purchase and fast reopening of the bakery.
  • The facility resulted in the creation of 400 jobs prior to its unfortunate second closure. It has now been successfully redeveloped as the multi-use Bakery Square project that will continues East Liberty's resurgence.
