North Shore Parking Garage Architect's Rendering

Northfield Phase I - Findlay Township

  • Build-ready pad sites adjacent to runway #10L-28R at the Pittsburgh International Airport. The pads are optioned to a national developer who will construct individual warehouse buildings on the site that will range between 96,000 and 140,000 square feet.
  • SIF loan completed the financing package that funded the necessary site work.
  • The project will dramatically improve the air cargo handling capacity of the airport and will serve to reduce the Region's estimated 7,000,000 square foot Class A warehouse distribution space deficit.
