Since its formation in 1996, the Fund has closed on investments totaling more than $55.9 million in 32 projects whose total development cost exceeds $364.3 million.

Results include:

• 8,700± Jobs Created Or Retained
• 624 New Hotel Rooms
• 444 New Residential Housing Units

The Strategic Investment Fund has provided financing for projects in a variety of flexible ways, including: bridge loans used to commence projects as financing was being finalized, loans with flexible terms and conditions, loans structured to close equity requirements, as well as traditional loans for specific development projects.
