Turnpike Distribution Center - Beaver County

410,000 square foot Class A warehouse building.

SIF loan filled a financing gap enabling the project to commence prior to leasing.

The project will help create 400 jobs as well as contribute to filling the Region's need for an estimated 7,000,000 square feet of additional Class A warehouse space necessary for it to compete as a viable distribution center.
