Building containing 30,000 square feet of multi-tenant flex space.

SIF loan augmented public funding, enabling the construction of a speculative building that provides shelf space necessary to attract new and expanding companies.

The project attracted the U.S. Navy Center of Excellence in Electro-Optics Manufacturing which now occupies 50% of the building. The property is 100% leased with a number of the other tenants engaged in uses related to the medical industry.
