Wood Street Pizza Hut Building - Downtown Pittsburgh

  • 3,000 square foot former Pizza Hut located on Wood Street.
  • SIF loan financed the purchase of the property by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
  • The building was adjacent to two properties that were owned by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittsburgh.
  • The loan enabled the Urban Redevelopment Authority to combine the building with two others and warehouse them pending future development of the full block. All three properties have now been purchased by PNC and will be razed in conjunction with the construction of their new headquarters tower.
